Solid baby car seat

Solid baby car seat. I like that it will last 10 years. Bought this for my seven month old son who hates being in his infant carrier. It is a bit more affordable at babies r us for $299.99 and if you use 20% off then it comes down to 239.99.. also until 10/31/2014 Graco is offering $25 mail in rebate. Hope this info will help save other parents some money.

I just bought the car seat today and it seems very solid. Yes, it is heavy but I wouldn't want my baby in something filmsy. Once we get more use out of it, I'll leave a more detailed review.

Great seat for extended rear-facing!

Great seat for extended rear-facing, will fit my 90+%ile height daughter until at least 4 year old, and will then be able to use all the way through her booster phases.

Fits in very small vehicles (Ford Fiesta and VW Golf). Easy installation with LATCH and seat belt.

Only reason it is a 4 instead of a 5 star rating is that the adjustable head rest sticks out farther than the rest of the seat. In rear-facing position, if you use the extra bottom cushion, it helps out positioning a lot so that their head doesn't fall forward when they are sleeping. I hope they fix this in later versions of this seat.

Nothing but LOVE

Bought this car seat since our son hated his standard one and this is heaven sent! He loves to be sitting up higher and when he falls asleep we can quickly rotate it to laying back. I can definitely justify the money spent since it will last a long time!
